  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup ice
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml pisco
  • 15 ml simple syrup

Directions

Step 1
Combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and ice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
