  • 450 g chocolate frosting
  • 24 graham crackers
  • 95 g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 710 ml milk
  • 235 ml whipped topping

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 2
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Step 3
Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
Step 4
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Step 5
Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
Step 6
Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
Step 7
Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
Step 8
Gently heat the chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds to soften it. Stir well.
Step 9
Spread the softened chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
Step 10
Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld.
