  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 units carrots
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 800 g shredded cabbage
  • 150 g white sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
