  • 240 grams all-purpose flour
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams fresh strawberries
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 grams salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
