  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.

Place the potato strips in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
