  • 1 g black pepper
  • 10 g Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 g salt
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.

Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk until well combined.
