  • 200 grams black beans
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 30 grams cilantro
  • 150 grams corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 grams rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables: dice the red bell pepper, chop the cilantro, and slice the avocado.
