  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole chicken

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the chicken inside and out and pat it dry with paper towels.

Rub the chicken all over with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the entire chicken.

Place the chicken on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
