  • 500 ml barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 kg pork ribs
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.
Step 3
Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
Step 4
Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
