Step 1
Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, ricotta cheese, egg, 125 g of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Stuff each manicotti shell with the meat and cheese mixture and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
