  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 200 g fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 ml pesto
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in the pesto, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked gnocchi and diced fresh mozzarella to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and the mozzarella starts to melt.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
