Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the tops off the green bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Stuff each green bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
