  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 ml marinara sauce
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.

Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried basil to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the chicken marinara mixture. Mix well.

Transfer the pasta and chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.
