Step 1
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Chop the dill pickles and mix them with the cooked ground beef.

Add the cheddar cheese and yellow mustard to the beef and pickle mixture. Stir until well combined.

Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture to the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
