Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, and onions.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
