  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 450 g beef stew meat
  • 200 g green beans
  • 200 g okra
  • 450 g pork shoulder roast

Directions

Step 1
Cut the beef stew meat and pork shoulder roast into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large pot, combine the beef, pork, and enough water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Step 4
Add green beans, okra, and apple cider vinegar to the pot.
Step 5
Continue to simmer for another 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
