  • 1 egg white
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 200 g Napa cabbage
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 50 wonton wrappers

Directions

Step 1
Finely chop the Napa cabbage and mix it with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, and egg white. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Lightly wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal, ensuring there are no air pockets.
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the wontons in batches for 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the pork is fully cooked.
Step 5
Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
