Step 1
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, honey, and soy sauce.

Add chicken wings to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Step 4
Place the chicken wings on the smoker rack and smoke for 2-2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 5
Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
