A healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried egg rolls, these Air Fryer Egg Rolls are crispy on the outside and packed with a delicious filling on the inside. Perfect for a quick appetizer or snack!
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Add shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green onions, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
Step 5
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 6
Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
Step 7
Air fry the egg rolls at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
