  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

Step 1
Spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.
Step 2
Slice the banana into thin rounds and place them on top of the peanut butter on one slice of bread.
Step 3
Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Grill the sandwich in the skillet until both sides are golden brown and the peanut butter is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
