Ingredients

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a mini doughnut pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Fill each cavity of the mini doughnut pan about half full with batter.
Step 6
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
