  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 0.5 cup tomato

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
