  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the sous vide water bath to 54°C (129°F).
Step 2
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
Step 4
Place one lemon slice and one sprig of dill on top of each fillet.
Step 5
Vacuum seal the salmon fillets in bags, making sure they are tightly sealed.
Step 6
Place the sealed bags in the preheated water bath and cook for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the bags and serve immediately.
