  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 500 g hash browns
  • 250 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cooked and crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Grease a baking dish, then spread the hash brown mixture evenly in the dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns, ensuring everything is evenly covered.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
