  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the mixture.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish in a single layer.

Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish around the potatoes.
