Step 1
In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork belly and cook until browned.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the kimchi and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cubed tofu and salt to the pot, and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
