  • 4 bananas
  • 113 g butter
  • 100 g chopped nuts
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 567 g crushed pineapple
  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 20 maraschino cherries
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 454 g whipped topping

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over the crust.
Step 3
Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.
Step 5
Spread the whipped topping over the pineapple layer evenly.
Step 6
Garnish the top with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts if desired.
Step 7
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
