  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Season the red snapper fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the red snapper fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
