  • 120 grams all-purpose flour
  • 60 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 230 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a food processor, combine the grated cheddar cheese, flour, butter, cayenne pepper, and salt. Pulse until the mixture forms a dough.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Cut the dough into long, thin strips using a knife or pastry cutter.

Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
