  • 115 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 480 ml cottage cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 120 g raisins
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 340 g wide egg noodles

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.

Add the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cheese mixture. Mix well.

Stir in the cooked noodles and raisins until evenly combined.

Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish, ensuring the bottom is fully coated.

Pour the noodle mixture into the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the kugel is set.
