Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp chicken fat or oil
  • 500 g chicken livers
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the chicken fat or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chicken livers to the skillet and cook until no longer pink inside, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 5
In a food processor, combine the cooked livers, onions, hard-boiled eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Step 6
Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still has some texture.
Step 7
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
