Step 1
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the red and yellow bell peppers. Sauté until they begin to soften, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
