  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk the egg.

Dip each halibut fillet into the egg, then coat with the panko mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the panko crust is golden and crispy.
