  • 450 g BBQ pulled pork
  • 120 ml BBQ sauce
  • 900 g frozen tater tots
  • 2 green onions
  • 60 g pickled jalapenos
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
Step 2
Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake the tater tots in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes.

While the tater tots are baking, warm up the BBQ pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat.

Once the tater tots are done, transfer them to a large serving platter.

Top the tater tots with the warm BBQ pulled pork.
