  • 2 bay leaf
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 leftover turkey bones
  • 1 onion
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 4 liters water

Directions

Step 1
Place the leftover turkey bones in a large stockpot.

Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns to the pot.

Pour 4 liters of water into the pot, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 3-4 hours, skimming off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
