Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the chopped chicken breast and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and let it cook until the liquid is absorbed.

Stir in the chopped green olives and hard-boiled eggs. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
