Ingredients

  • 2 g black pepper
  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 2 egg
  • 900 g ground beef
  • 120 ml ketchup
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, pressing it down to form a loaf shape.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).
Step 5
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
