Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round baking pan.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until you get a smooth batter.

Divide the batter into two equal parts. To one part, add the cocoa powder and mix well.

Starting from the center of the prepared pan, pour a ladleful of vanilla batter. Follow with a ladleful of chocolate batter directly on top. Repeat the process, alternating between vanilla and chocolate batters, until all the batter is used.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
