Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground paprika
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Step 5
Grill the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred on the edges.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
