Navratan Korma is a rich and creamy dish made with a mix of nine different vegetables, fruits, and nuts. It is a delicious and flavorful curry that is perfect for special occasions or a delightful family dinner.

Step 1
Boil the mixed vegetables until tender and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.

Blend the cashew nuts with a little water to make a smooth paste and add it to the pan.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the boiled vegetables and paneer cubes to the pan and mix well.

Pour in the milk and let it simmer for a few minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Add the cream and garam masala. Mix well and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with raisins and fresh coriander before serving.
