Directions

Step 1
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.

Add the blanched green beans, sliced red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the vinaigrette. Toss everything together until well combined.
