Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 green chilies
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves
  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tomato

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
Step 2
Add the crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Crack the egg into the mixture and add the corn flour. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into flat, round patties (kebabs).
Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 6
Fry the kebabs in batches, for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 7
Remove the kebabs from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Step 8
Serve hot with naan or rice, and enjoy!
