  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1.5 kg turkey breast

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the butter mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to cover it evenly.

Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker.
