  • 500 g bread cubes
  • 450 g breakfast sausage
  • 5 g dry mustard
  • 10 eggs
  • 480 ml milk
  • 2 g pepper
  • 5 g salt
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage mixture, and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
