Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add chicken thighs and sausages, and cook until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened.
Step 4
Stir in the tomato paste, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Return the chicken and sausages to the pot, reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 7
Add the white beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove bay leaf and serve hot.
