  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Dip each salmon fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
