Ingredients

  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 60 g butter
  • 150 g cheese
  • 300 g corn kernels
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 425 g tuna

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Step 4
Stir in the grated cheese until melted and smooth.
Step 5
Add the drained tuna, corn kernels, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
