  • 15 ml cold water
  • 8 g cornstarch
  • 300 g fresh blueberries
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and cold water until smooth.
Step 3
Add the cornstarch mixture to the blueberries and stir constantly.
Step 4
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
