- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 240 ml beef broth
- 900 g beef chuck roast
- 115 g butter
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Directions
Step 1
Place the beef chuck roast in the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Step 3
Place the butter on top of the roast.
Step 4
Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
Step 5
Pour the beef broth into the Instant Pot.
Step 6
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
Step 7
Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Step 8
Remove the lid and shred the roast with two forks. Serve hot.
