  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cans green chile

Directions

Step 1
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add green chiles, enchilada sauce, chicken broth, and frozen corn.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Remove chicken breasts, shred them, and return them to the soup.
